Aikido Technique – Kote-Hineri (Wrist Twist)

This page provides information on the Aikido technique known as Kote-Hineri (or wrist twist). This technique is also part of Aikido Randori-No kata, one of the Aikido katas. This information is meant to supplement what is taught at Aikido schools.
