Chest Fly – Martial Arts Strength Exercise
This page will teach you how to do a Chest Fly (also called a Pec Fly). This exercise will improve your martial arts punching power and grappling strength. The chest fly works mainly on the chest (pectoral muscles) and shoulder muscles. Stronger chest and shoulder muscles help martial artists to generate harder punches and more vigorous grappling techniques.
