Dumbbell Lying Triceps Extension (or Dumbbell Skull Crusher)

This page looks at the strength training exercise known as a Dumbbell Lying Triceps Extension (or Dumbbell Skull Crusher). This exercise primarily works on triceps and forearm muscles. Martial artists use “skull crushers” to improve their martial arts punching and grappling power.
