Shoulder Shrugs with Dumbbells (or Dumbbell Shrugs)
This page looks at the strength training exercise known as Shoulder Shrugs with Dumbbells (or Dumbbell Shrugs). This upper body exercise is used by martial artists to improve their martial arts punching power and grappling strength.
This strength training exercise works on the muscles in the shoulders and upper back. Moreover, it puts significant emphasis on the upper trapezius muscles (or “traps”).
