Standing Quad Stretch
This page provides details for the Standing Quad Stretch. This stretch is used by martial arts students in order to loosen their quad muscles. Students also use this stretch to improve their balance (as they are standing on one leg during this stretch). If you have trouble with this one legged stretch, you should try the Prone Quad Stretch.
