Aikido Technique – Funakogi Undo or Rowing Exercise
This page provides students with instructions on how to do the Aikido Funakogi Undo. This is a basic warm-up exercise is also known as the Rowing Exercise or Rowing The Boat Exercise. It teaches students to use their center versus just the arms when executing an Aikido technique.
