Arm Circles – Warm-Up Exercise
This page provides details for a warm-up exercise known as Arm Circles. This shoulder stretching and warm-up exercise is also known as Shoulder Circles, Shoulder Rotations, etc. This exercise is used by martial arts students in order to warm up and stretch their shoulder and arm muscles.
All stretches and exercises should be supervised by a trained instructor in order to prevent injuries and to ensure the proper technique is utilized.
