Krav Maga – Axe Kick

This page looks at the Krav Maga “Axe Kick”. This kick is useful for high targets (i.e. an opponent’s collar bone). However, you need to be very flexible to master this kick and reach a high target (so visit our stretching page for flexibility ideas). Also this kick must be used in the right situations (i.e. an opponent who has stumbled) because it can leave a person wide open for attack (i.e. strike to the groin).
