Krav Maga – Backward Roll Technique
This page looks at the Krav Maga backward roll technique. If you have been attacked and knocked backwards, martial artists need to learn how to fall back properly in order to avoid injury. A backward roll is one of the falling techniques taught in Krav Maga in order to fall back properly.
We haven’t found any solid Krav Maga videos focused on this technique. Therefore, we are using other martial arts videos (i.e. Judo) that teach students how to do a backward roll.
