Bicycle Kicks – Warm-Up Exercise
This page provides details for a warm-up exercise known as Bicycle Kicks. In this exercise, you lie on your back, put your legs in the air and move your feet like you are riding an imaginary bike. This warm-up exercise is used by martial arts students in order to warm up their legs and strengthen their abs.
