Burpees – Conditioning Exercise
Burpees are a great martial arts conditioning exercise because they work every area of the body (i.e. legs, core, upper body, etc.). These videos will show how to do burpees in order to improve your martial arts conditioning. Burpees are similar to a squat thrust but have a jump at the end of the exercise.
