List of Chest Stretches
Here are details on a wide variety of chest stretches. Martial arts students use these stretches to warm up their muscles, improve their overall flexibility and reduce the potential for some injuries (i.e. strained pectoral muscles). Most martial artists use chest stretches as part of an overall stretching routine that they perform before and after their martial arts training.
