Cork Screw Exercise – Martial Arts Strength Exercise
This page looks at the strength training exercise known as the “Cork Screw” exercise. This exercise is used to improve a martial artist’s core strength. In turn, core strength helps rotational power and thus benefits martial arts kicking, punching and grappling power.
