Cow Face Pose – Yoga for Martial Arts Flexibility
This page provides details for the Cow Face Pose. This Yoga exercise is used by martial arts students in order to improve their flexibility and stretch their hips, shoulders, triceps, etc. If you can not touch your hands behind your back in this exercise, you should use a towel or belt in order to extend your reach.
