Dumbbell Rows -Martial Arts Strength Training
This page looks at the strength training exercise known as “Dumbbell Rows”. This exercise works on the triceps, shoulders and back muscles. Dumbbell Rows are used by martial artists to improve their martial arts punching and grappling strength.
