Foam Nunchaku – Martial Arts Training Equipment
Foam versions of Nunchaku allow martial arts students to train without injuring themselves or others. They are often used for beginners before they advance to the real thing. A hard wooden Nunchaku can hurt someone if improperly used during training.
There are chain-linked and rope-linked versions of the foam Nunchaku. Other foam practice weapons include the Foam Bo, Foam Kami, Foam Three Section Staffs, etc.
