French Press – Martial Arts Strength Exercise
This page looks at the strength training exercise known as a French Press. This exercise focuses primarily on the triceps and forearm muscles. It is used by martial artists to improve their martial arts punching and grappling strength. Other triceps exercises include triangle push-ups, triceps kickbacks, triceps pushdowns, etc.
