Karate’s Fumikomi or Stomp Kick
A Karate stomping kick is used to target an opponent’s knee, thigh, foot or even body if the opponent has been knocked to the ground. An example of the Karate stomping kick is if an opponent has you in a bear hug and you stomp on his foot.
