Here are a variety of glute stretches used by martial arts students. Glutes are your gluteal muscles (or butt muscles). These muscles are used during many martial arts activities such as kicking and jumping techniques.
All stretches and exercises should be supervised by a trained martial arts instructor in order to prevent injuries and to ensure the proper technique is utilized.
