Go-Kan-Ryu Kata – Taigyoku Shodan (First Kata)

In this kata, the following elements are utilized:

Kihon: Chudan Tzuki, Gedan Barai.
Follows basic “I” or side “H” pattern, contains two kiai’s.
Stances: Zenkustu Datchi.
