Heavy Ropes (or Battle Ropes) – Conditioning Exercise
Heavy rope training (or battle rope training) works out your core and upper body. This was originally a training exercise for football players and mixed martial artists. However, heavy rope training has now moved into the main stream and is used by many elite sports training programs.
