Jumping Rope – Martial Arts Conditioning Exercise
Jumping rope is a great way to build martial arts stamina. This cardio exercise burns lots of calories and is great if you can’t get outdoors (i.e. on a rainy day). Jumping rope also helps with your agility and makes you lighter on your feet.
