Kicking Bag Drills – Conditioning Exercise
Kicking bag drills are used by martial arts students to improve their martial arts conditioning as well as work on their kicking technique and power. Below are instructional videos that review a variety of different kicking bag drills. For a more complete martial arts conditioning program, you should consider adding some punching bag drills.
All stretches and exercises should be supervised by a trained martial arts instructor in order to prevent injuries and to ensure the proper technique is utilized.
