Lat Pulldown – Martial Arts Strength Training
Lat pulldowns work on back, shoulder and arm muscles. It gives extra emphasis to the large latissimus dorsi muscle found in a person’s back. The latissimus dorsi muscle is more commonly known as a “lat”.
