Lateral Jumps – Strength & Agility
This page will teach you how to do “Lateral Jumps”. This is a great warm-up exercise and dynamic stretching routine.
This exercise will improve your leg strength and thus will help you to generate stronger martial arts kicks. Lateral jumps will also help your overall martial arts agility and ability to achieve with higher jumping kicks.
