Lateral Jumps – Strength & Agility

Lateral jumps are a dynamic exercise routine often used for strength and agility training. Lateral jumps are also known as lateral bounds. This exercise focuses on improving leg strength and is used by martial arts in order to generate stronger martial arts kicks. Lateral jumps also work on improving overall martial arts agility (especially lateral side-to-side movement) and the ability to achieve higher jumping kicks.
