Lunge Jumps – Plyometrics Exercise

Lunge Jumps (or Jumping Lunges) is a martial arts plyometrics exercise used to warm up and strengthen quads, hip flexors, glutes, etc. In this exercise, you start in a lunge position, jump up, switch your legs in mid-air and land in a lunge position.
