Plank Shoulder Taps – Core Strength Exercise

This page looks at the strength training exercise known as Plank Shoulder Taps. This plank exercise will improve your core strength. This modified plank involves touching your shoulder when you are in a straight arm plank or knee plank position.

All stretches and exercises should be supervised by a trained instructor in order to prevent injuries and to ensure the proper technique is utilized.
