This page will teach you how to do Plyometric Push-Ups (or Plyo Push-Ups). These push-ups are a great exercise to improve your punching power. This plyometric exercise works on a martial artist’s chest, shoulder and arm strength.
This is an advanced push-up variation. A plyo push-up is typically just done with a “push” in order to get the body into the air. However, for an even more advanced exercise, martial artists can try to clap when in the air.
