This page will teach you how to do Plyometrics Lunges (or Alternating Lunge Jumps). This plyometrics exercise will improve your leg strength and thus will help you to generate stronger martial arts kicks.
In this exercise, you will alternate your lunges with a jump between each lunge. This plyometrics workout will also help your conditioning.
