Preacher Curls – Martial Arts Strength Exercise
This page looks at the strength training exercise known as “Preacher Curls”. This exercise helps to increase the strength of biceps and forearm muscles. It is used by martial artists to improve their martial arts punching and grappling strength.
Preacher curls are a more focused version of bicep curls because the preacher bench prevents athletes from using the rest of their body to help/cheat on the curl.
