Pullover – Martial Arts Strength Exercise

This page looks at the strength training exercise known as a Pullover. This exercise works on the muscles in the chest, shoulders, lats, etc. Martial artists uses this strength exercise in order to improve their punching and grappling power. The pullover exercise can be done with a dumbbell or barbell.
