Qi (or Chi) – Martial Arts Life Energy

In Chinese martial arts, there is the concept of Qi (or Chi). This means “life force” or “life energy”. Qi is the term used in the Chinese Martial Arts for a type of intrinsic energy that is present in everyone but is developed to a greater extent in martial arts practitioners through correct breathing and strengthening exercises.
