List of Quadricep Stretches
This page provides details on a variety of quadricep (quad) stretches used by martial arts students. These stretches loosen tight quadriceps and help to generate more powerful kicks. The quadriceps are the large thigh muscles on the front of your leg (between your knees and hips).
