Reverse Fly – Martial Arts Strength Training
This page looks at the strength training exercise known as a “Reverse Fly”. This exercise is used by martial artists in order to improve their martial arts punching and grappling strength. The reverse fly works primarily on a person’s back and shoulder muscles.
