Side Plank Pose – Yoga for Martial Arts Strength
This page provides details for the Side Plank Pose. This Yoga pose is used by martial arts students in order to increase their core and upper body strength. For a more intense version of this Yoga exercise, a student can try to rotate their extended arm from over their head to under their body.
