Skater Jumps or Ice Skaters

In addition, skater jumps are also used to improve overall martial arts agility. This can help a martial artist’s sparring skills because it can improve their ability to evade an opponent. Moreover, it can improve their ability to quickly move diagonally into position in order to launch a counterattack. Some martial artists use a weight with this exercise but be aware that this can put too much pressure on the knees and can cause injuries.
