Squat Thrusts – Conditioning Exercise
Squat thrusts are a great martial arts conditioning exercise because they work every area of the body (i.e. legs, core, upper body, etc.). The videos below show you how to do squat thrusts in order to improve your martial arts conditioning. Squat thrusts are similar to Burpees but without the jump at the end.
