Squat Thrusts – Great Conditioning & Strength Exercise

Squat thrusts are a great martial arts conditioning & strength training exercise because they work every area of the body (i.e. legs, core, upper body, etc.). The videos below show you how to do squat thrusts in order to improve your martial arts conditioning and strength. Squat thrusts are similar to Burpees but without the jump at the end.
