Stair Jumps – Plyometrics Exercise
This page will teach you how to do Stair Jumps (or Stadium Hops). This plyometrics exercise will improve your leg strength and thus will help you to generate stronger martial arts kicks. Instead of running up stadium stairs, you will be jumping up the stairs. This tough plyometrics workout will also help your conditioning.
