T Push-Ups – Martial Arts Strength Exercise

This page will teach you how to do “T Push-Ups”. This advanced push-up exercise can be done with or without dumbbells and should not be confused with a triangle push-up.

This push-up variation works on your obliques as well as your chest, shoulders, etc. It will help to increase your martial arts punching and grappling power.
