Torso Twists or Trunk Twists – Warm-Up Exercise
This page provides details for a warm-up exercise known as Torso Twists, Trunk Twists, Oblique Twists, etc. This warm-up exercise is used by martial arts students in order to warm up and stretch their core muscles (i.e. abs, obliques and lower back).
