Written Instructions for Technique
- In this technique, you will bring your elbow down vertically as low as you can.
- You will then bring your elbow up rapidly striking the target with the tip of the elbow.
- For greater power and momentum, you can bend your knees and then thrust your body upwards as you swing your elbow vertically.
