V-Ups – Martial Arts Strength Exercise

This page provides details about V-Ups (also known as Pikes, V-Crunches, etc.). This is an advanced exercise used to build up your core strength. It can also improve rotational power (“torquing” power) and thus help martial arts kicking and punching strength.
