Dumbbell Windmills or Kettlebell Windmills
This page provides details for Dumbbell Windmills or Kettlebell Windmills. This exercise is designed to strengthen the muscles in the core, shoulders, etc. However, it is not recommended for people with back problems. This strength training exercise uses light dumbbells or kettlebells. It is a variation of standard Windmills (that does not use weights).
