Woodchopper – Martial Arts Core Strength Exercise
This page looks at the strength training exercise known as the Woodchopper. This exercise used in order to build up core strength. This core exercise can also improve rotational “torquing” power and thus help martial arts kicking power, punching power and grappling techniques.
The woodchopper core exercise can be done with a cable machine, medicine ball, etc.
