List of Wrist Stretches
Here are a variety of wrist stretches used by martial arts students. These stretches are especially useful for martial arts that use lots of grappling hand techniques (i.e. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) and/or wrist and arm locks (i.e. Aikido). Some martial artists also use these stretches if they have hurt their wrist from a misaligned punch.
