Yojimbo is a very highly rated 1961 Japanese martial arts movie and it was the basis for the Clint Eastwood movie, A Fistful of Dollars. The movie stars Toshiro Mifune and was directed by the legendary Akira Kurosawa. The movie focuses on a town is torn apart by two rival factions who try to hire Toshiro Mifune as a bodyguard.
This samurai movie received a very high rating from the movie review website, Rotten Tomatoes. They gave Yojimbo a score of 97%.
