ITF Taekwondo Parallel Stance (or Narani Sogi)

Written Instructions for ITF Taekwondo Parallel Stance

  • Both feet should face directly forward.
  • Feet should be a shoulder width apart.
  • Feet should be parallel to one another. One is not in front of the other.
  • Body weight is split evenly between both legs.
